The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We were in awe of the stunning scenery that surrounded us. The beds were incredibly comfortable and made for a restful night's sleep. The staff at Mount were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. our experience at Mount was memorable and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Our favorite hotel in Knysna, staff was superd. A GREAT property. Thanks to chef, who often helped us. We loved the food, it was excellent. Having a terrace was like a dream.

Spent the New Year in a hotel with great views and excellent service! Loved the comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. the personalized service of the staff made us feel very welcome. the location was perfect and easy to explore the surrounding area. the wine cellar was a plus!

The indoor steps were a bit steep and could be a problem for those with mobility issues. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to others.

Our Xmas stay was truly amazing! The stunning view of the ocean and the cosy fireplace in the room were just what we needed to relax and unwind. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable and the delicious dinners offered exceeded our expectations. We loved the personal touch of the movie theatre in the hotel.

Although the breakfast offered a decent variety, the service was a bit slow and disorganised. the lack of air conditioning in the room made for some uncomfortable nights.

For those with physical handicaps, accessing certain parts of the hotel might be a challenge due to the steep indoor steps.

With mesmerizing views of the bay, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. the room was perfectly appointed with exclusive amenities and a magnificent bathroom. the service was exceptional with staff attending to every need. the highlight was the stunning swimming pool with a magnificent backdrop. In the evening, the staff made me feel welcome at the lounge area, where I enjoyed cocktails while admiring the captivating views.

The restaurant had limited menu items, but the food was exquisite. Though the heating in my room was a bit rough, but the attentive staff made it easy for me to cope.

We couldn't have asked for a better location with amazing views from all the rooms. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and we loved relaxing by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing five-star quality service. The breakfast was divine, and dinner in the restaurant was a great experience.
